The Tempest II Carbon Tubular wheel set is for the rider/racer who refuses to compromise. These wheels were purchased new last year. Considering I rec. them in August, I have less than 10 hours of ride time. The set comes with a pair of vittoria tubulars, evo cx. Actual pictures upon request. In comparable auctions on Ebay these wheels are going for a minimum of $1,300.00 without tires. Just trying to get what I paid ~$1100 plus shipping
